Shipping & Returns
1. delivery time
The delivery time for standard shipments within Germany is up to 48-72 hours, to the European Union up to 7 working days and to countries outside the European Union up to 7-10 working days and begins with the payment methods invoice and cash on delivery with receipt of the order confirmation by the customer. In the case of prepayment, the commencement of the period for performance shall be the day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring bank. These delivery times apply to orders received by us before 11:00 a.m. (CET).
The promise of the delivery time for shipments abroad is subject to rapid customs clearance in the receiving country. Force majeure or operational disruptions occurring at the seller or his suppliers, such as riots, strikes, lock-outs, which temporarily prevent the seller from delivering the object of purchase within the specified periods through no fault of his own, shall change these periods by the duration of the disruptions to performance caused by these circumstances.
2. logistics partner
The ordered articles are packed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner UPS ready for shipment. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by UPS.
3. tracking and tracing
You can find out the current shipment status of your parcel at www.ups.de at any time using your parcel ID number/ consignment number. You will receive further information on shipment tracking in your delivery confirmation by e-mail or from our telephone customer service.
4. shipping costs
In the Aston Martin Merchandise Collection Shop, you usually pay a flat-rate shipping fee of € 7.41 for orders within Germany, regardless of the order value. This only partially covers the costs for postage/freight and packaging, the rest is covered by cyber-Wear Heidelberg GmbH. In exceptional cases (e.g. bicycles) we have to charge a higher flat rate. This will be indicated accordingly in our order confirmation. Please note that for C.O.D. shipments separate fees will be charged again by the deliverer.
For the dispatch of goods to Switzerland, a customs duty and value-added tax will be charged in addition to the purchase price, which must be borne by the customer. Further information is available at www.swisspost.com.
If, for technical or logistical reasons, the goods are shipped in several stages, we will of course only charge you once for the share of the shipping costs.
5. transport damages
The transport risk is assumed by cyber-Wear Heidelberg GmbH. If goods arrive damaged during transport, please use the free right of return. If the goods consist of several individual parts, please restore the delivery condition before the return and use - as far as possible - the original packaging. For technical equipment, please enclose all warranty and service documents.
